Our in-house university oversees the firm’s training and development activities for professional and personal growth. Programs include leadership development, project management and business skills, as well as programs that help expand technical and professional knowledge. For our many licensed and certified professionals, learning starts with support for exam preparation and includes continuing education programs for credential maintenance. Our mentoring program provides a chance to grow and to provide guidance across organizational groups and geographic locations.

Tools to Fit Your Needs and Schedule

Technology is the foundation for much learning activity, from online self-study to webinars, podcasts, and videoconferencing. Many courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any location with Internet access. As employees become thought leaders in their fields, they are encouraged to share their expertise within the firm and with wider audiences using the formats previously mentioned, as well as by presenting at conferences and developing white papers.

Educational Assistance is Available

In-house learning is complemented by company-sponsored employee attendance at approved seminars and conferences as well as company-paid membership in professional organizations. Through its Education Assistance Program, the company also reimburses a percentage of approved costs for college-level courses that are job-related.
