Atkins offers a “total project solution” through the use of our contracting vehicles, which provide direct access to our staff and services through existing government acquisition vehicles. Under these contracting vehicles, clients issue task orders (TO) and we complete the work. While there are standard “best value” ordering procedures to follow, neither a Federal Business Office (FBO) announcement nor a Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit is required.
