The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Region 4 has awarded Atkins the contract for construction management, inspection, and materials-testing services for the reconstruction of a six-mile-long stretch of Interstate 76 (I-76) in both directions between the Morgan County cities of Fort Morgan and Brush in northeastern Colorado. Construction began in March 2013, with estimated completion in late 2014.
